Light No Fire: Exploring by Land, Water and Air

Climbing, riding, sailing and dragon flight are announced ways to travel in Light No Fire. This overview connects their different perspectives on the world with Hello Games’ later statement about boats and crews.

Light No Fire announces four ways to travel: climbing, riding, sailing and dragon flight. They offer different approaches to exploring the same large fantasy world. The product description names these methods explicitly; the first trailer particularly shows the aerial perspective.

Mountains, Landscapes and Flight

Hello Games describes every mountain as climbable. Wild beasts are intended to carry riders through landscapes, with dragons flying over undiscovered territory. World scale therefore need not mean only long walks: land and air provide different views of the same environment.

Mount acquisition, stamina and equipment requirements have not been explained. The exploration overview collects the announced options.

Water Journeys as a Shared Undertaking

The 2025 Voyagers statement adds large boats with crews. Players are therefore also intended to travel together as a boat crew. Steering, crew size and construction costs remain undisclosed.

Setting Out Alone, Living Together

Hello Games presents solo discovery alongside shared play. The building explainer explains persistent structures and communities, while the world overview distinguishes announced scale from an available gameplay map.
